There is nothing like sinking into a warm, scented bath at the end of a long day. A soak in a warm bath helps soothe away the day’s emotional stresses and eases tired and aching muscles.
Bathing in salt water can help to stimulate the circulation, hydrate the skin and increase its moisture retention, detox the skin and helps to soothe stiffness and aching joints.
To Use : Run the bath, and add 1/4 – ½ cup of salts per bath, swish water to dissolve, and step in!
Safety: If the Bath Salt recipe contains oils or butters, take great care when stepping in and out of the bath – it may be a little slippery.
